What is gold plated jewelry?

Gold plated jewelry features layers of gold over a base metal. Anna Beck pieces are 18k Gold or Rose Gold plated over solid .925 Sterling Silver.

Gold plated jewelry offers a more affordable option compared to solid gold. Most commonly gold plated jewelry uses a base metal of brass or copper. Anna Beck chooses to gold plate on top of a base of sterling silver which gives each piece of jewelry more value and a quality that can last lifetimes.

Some Anna Beck jewelry is distinguished as gold vermeil. This means the gold plating has a base metal of sterling silver and the gold plating is at least 2.5 microns thick. This is often a thicker plating than used in standard gold plating.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

How do I care for my jewelry?

Due to nature’s elements, 18k gold plated and sterling silver jewelry can fade or tarnish over time. Avoid contact with water, harsh chemicals, perfume & lotion. We recommend using our two-piece jewelry cleaning cloth to keep your jewelry looking new. To ensure longevity, safely store your pieces in a jewelry box or bag.

How do I use your jewelry cleaning cloth?

Use the interior cloth to remove tarnishing without scratching, and then follow up with the exterior cloth to restore that beautiful shine.

My older pieces have tarnished over time. Can I send them in to be replated?

Due to nature’s elements, plated and sterling jewelry can fade or tarnish over time. Tarnished jewelry is not eligible for repair. We recommend that you visit your local jeweler for replating services, which many offer, which is faster and more economical than sending your piece to our Bali workshop.

 

To protect the finish on your piece, we suggest avoiding contact with water, harsh chemicals, perfume, and lotion when wearing the jewelry. To ensure longevity, safely store your pieces in a jewelry box or bag. We also recommend using our Jewelry Cleaning Cloth to give your pieces an occasional cleaning to remove some of the tarnish and restore shine.

The item I want is sold out. Can I be notified when it comes back in stock?

If an item is out of stock, we feature an “Email When Available” button on each product page. Enter your email address and you will receive a notification when the item becomes available again.

How can I see or try Anna Beck pieces on in person?

You can find Anna Beck at many different jewelry stores and boutiques around the world! You can use our Store Finder feature on our site and enter your zip code to find a store near you.

How can I start carrying Anna Beck in store?

Submit a New Account Application and a Wholesale Manager will be in touch.

How do I pay my invoice?

To Pay by Credit Card:  Please email your Wholesale Manager and accounting@annabeck.com.  Have your invoice # ready.

To Pay by Check:  Mail checks to 8075 West 3rd Street, Suite 407, Los Angeles, CA  90048, Attn:  Accounting

How do I update my Customer Information?

Please emailsales@annabeck.comand we will take care of it for you!

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Simply emailsales@annabeck.comand we will provide you with your invoice.

I have questions about credits or need a copy of a statement.

What are Net 30 Terms?

Net 30 is a specific type of trade credit where the payment is due in full 30 days after the date on an invoice.  

How do I apply for Net 30 Terms?

Please contact your Wholesale Manager for details.  Please note, a credit card must be on file to qualify.  You can pay by check or wire but after 30 days, Anna Beck can charge your credit card on file for any past due invoices.

How do I place a reorder or order?

You can shop at (Joor.com or Annabeck.wholesale.com).  For assistance, please contactsales@annabeck.com.

If an item in a future delivery is showing as sold out, can I still submit the order with the desired units?

You can, but please note we might not be able to fill your order. When you submit your order, your Wholesale Manager will review availability and confirm if units are available and when they will ship.

What is the status of my order:

Either your Wholesale Manager or Customer Service (sales@annabeck.com) can provide your order status.

How can I submit a change to an order that has already been approved?

Reach out to your Wholesale Manager atsales@annabeck.com.  Changes to confirmed PO can be made within 48 hours of order approval.

When do you ship orders?

We ship based on delivery dates.  Our warehouse ships “as ready”.  This means we’ll get your order to you as soon as possible.

How can I see if an order shipped and view tracking?

Please reach out tosales@annabeck.com.

What carriers do you use to ship orders?

UPS and occasionally USPS.

Why did I receive a one-piece shipment?

Our warehouse works to combine shipments picked on the same day.  Given our “ship as ready” policy, this means that only one unit was available that day.

I received a damaged or missing item, what should I do?

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and should be submitted to the Wholesale Manager or sales@annabeck.com  for a replacement.

Can you explain the difference between an RA and a credit memo?

Sure thing! A return authorization (RA) is a number that is generated which authorizes you to return item(s) to us. A credit memo is a dollar amount that is generated when your claim for a return, damage or freight charge is processed.

 

What is the process for obtaining an RA?

Contact either your Wholesale Manager or sales@annabeck.com. When we approve you to return your merchandise, a RA is issued. You can then ship your merchandise to 8075 West 3rd Street, Suite 407, Los Angeles, CA  90048. Please make sure the RA number is visible on the outside of the shipment.

 

How do I obtain a Credit Memo?

Please email your Wholesale Manager for instructions.  Once our warehouse processes your authorized return, a credit memo is generated and will be emailed to you.  This will remain as a credit on file to your account.

How do I use my Credit Memo?

Please contactsales@annabeck.comto utilize your credit memo.

What ring sizes are available?

Our rings are available in whole sizes from 5-10.  Classic styles such as the Saddle Ring, Cross Ring and Band Ring are available in half sizes.  Please visit each style page for more details.  

How can I see if a style is in stock?

You can view availability at time of ordering as inventory is viewable.  However for questions on back orders or when an item will be available, please contact your Wholesale Manager.
